the preset defaults, stamps source_template). Optional body
{"enabled": true} starts it immediately (default: paused for review).
Returns the created workflow. Requires full_access scope. 409 if the
preset is already enabled.

or full_access scope. Write endpoints (and a handful of sensitive
reads — /api-keys, /users/{user_id}/login) require full_access;
endpoints that require it are flagged in their description.
