]List the embedded agent prompt-block library
Returns every parsed block under prompts/agents/*.md — id,
title, one-line description, taxonomic group (strategy /
depth / integration / knowledge), and full markdown
content. Backs the v2 SPA’s assembly-bench prompt builder at
/v2/prompts/build. The block set is fixed at build time;
editing requires a redeploy. The default-system-prompt block
is excluded — it’s injected by AssembleJobSpec as the SDK
system prompt, not composed into user prompts.

Authorizations
Breadbox API key with format bb_<base62>. Carries either read_only
or full_access scope. Write endpoints (and a handful of sensitive
reads — /api-keys, /users/{user_id}/login) require full_access;
endpoints that require it are flagged in their description.
