Run the agent diagnostic smoke test
Spawns the breadbox-agent sidecar with a tiny “say OK” prompt and
returns the result. Bypasses agent_definitions, mints no API key,
writes no agent_runs row. Cost-bounded to ~5¢. Requires full_access scope.

Authorizations
Breadbox API key with format bb_<base62>. Carries either read_only
or full_access scope. Write endpoints (and a handful of sensitive
reads — /api-keys, /users/{user_id}/login) require full_access;
